The NuCellSys GmbH has developed and implemented an integrateted management system (IMS) in order to ensure, that all processes and products fullfill or exceed the expectations of our customers, confirm with the requirements regarding to quality, environmental protection and job safety.
The Quality- and environmental targets of the NuCellSys GmbH are:
- Fullfilling the quality requirements set up through the customers and the technical control equipment, as well as the legal guidelines.
- Development of the “best of class Fuel Cell Systems” through application of automotive standards and the latest technology.
- Keeping the conditions of definite dates and cost budgets.
- Securing and further development of employee qualification and the technical equipment.
- Handing over the completed order free of defects, and respectively accomplishing services free of defects.
- Priority of error prevention instead of error elimination through risk elimination, - minimization through initiation of prevention measures = operating instead of responding.
- Instant realisation of the correction measures from the aquistion- and causation analysis of the deficiency reports and acceptance protocolls in order to avoide repeating errors.
- Profitability in association with all available rescources.
- Regular updates of the management system
- Consequent use of electronic data processing.
- We build and improve our products in order to minimize ecological damage for a long lasting mobility incl. assurance of the recyclability of our products. (IMDS).
- We want to reduce the environmental pollution through energy wastage to a reasonable minimum and pay attention to economical consumption and rational use in all areas.
- We prevent accident-caused emissions of substances and coordinate our emergency concept with the site operator and the public authorities.
- We encourage the awareness of responsibility for the environment in our employees. For that we inform, instruct and train our employees.
- By choosing our suppliers and outside companies, we pay attention to those who work environmentally sound and advise our suppliers to use the same environmental standards as we do.
